MUSHMUSH Perfumes Warranty Coverage
Our Warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery, such as a faulty spray pump or a damaged packaging seal, that are not the result of misuse or normal wear after opening. If your product arrives with a defect, email us at info@mushmushperfumes.com with a description and photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or resolution at no extra cost.
This Warranty does not cover normal changes in scent perception over time or individual skin sensitivity unrelated to a product defect.

What's Covered
Select products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects that are present upon delivery. This includes issues such as:
- Faulty or non-functioning spray pumps
- Defective packaging seals
- Manufacturing defects affecting normal product use
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after the product has been opened or used.
What to Do If You Receive a Defective Item
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
