Our Quality Commitment

Every MushMush fragrance is carefully crafted, inspected, and quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. We are committed to ensuring that every order arrives in excellent condition, with the correct fragrance, authentic packaging, and the quality you expect.

What's Covered

Select products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects that are present upon delivery. This includes issues such as:

• Faulty or non-functioning spray pumps
• Defective packaging seals
• Manufacturing defects affecting normal product use

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after the product has been opened or used.

What to Do If You Receive a Defective Item

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
