How Tracking Works
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We've received your order and payment. |
| Processing | Your order is being prepared for shipment (same day or next business day). |
| Shipped | Your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS and is on its way. |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive soon. |
| Delivered | Your order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address. |
Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?
Please check your spam or junk email folder first. If it's been more than 1 business day since placing your order and you still haven't received your tracking information, please contact our customer support team with your order number and we'll investigate it right away.
